By submitting an application and selecting the required confirmation, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, agree to the Privacy Policy, and confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

SGain receives applications from people willing to consider potential cooperation involving the social platforms they select. SGain may contact an applicant if a relevant opportunity becomes available.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, cooperation, work, use or rental of an account, availability of an opportunity, payment, income, or any specific referral reward. An application does not itself create an employment, agency, partnership, or other commercial relationship.

A general SGain application may be submitted from age 16. We accept applications worldwide, but do not guarantee the availability of cooperation in every country.

An individual social platform, cooperation opportunity, or applicable law may impose a higher minimum age, including 18 or older, as well as other territorial or personal restrictions. Eligibility to submit an SGain application does not make you eligible to use every listed platform or participate in every opportunity. A participant must not use a third-party platform contrary to its age rules or other terms.

• provide accurate, current information and only contact details you are entitled to use;
• do not impersonate another person or apply on their behalf without authority;
• do not use automation, spam, fabricated information, or methods intended to bypass technical protections;
• do not enter passwords, login codes, recovery keys, platform credentials, identity documents, or payment details in the form;
• comply with applicable law and the rules of each third-party platform.

If SGain proposes cooperation, the task, requirements, timing, reward, payment process, verification, and other material terms must be communicated and agreed separately before the relevant work begins. You may decline such an offer.

Having an account or selecting a platform in the form is not confirmation of eligibility or a promise that the account will be used. Any later cooperation must comply with applicable law, platform rules, and separately agreed terms.

After a successful application, SGain provides the participant with a unique personal code and link. Attribution is recorded when a new participant submits through a valid referral relationship. The public referral feature does not show the referred participant’s personal information to the referrer.

Recorded attribution does not automatically create a right to payment. The availability, amount, trigger, timing, and method of a potential reward may depend on the platform, particular opportunity, campaign, demand, and actual cooperation. Relevant reward terms must be communicated before they begin to apply.

Self-referrals, duplicates, fabricated or fraudulent applications, manipulation, and other abuse may be rejected. SGain may cancel invalid or fraudulent attribution or rewards. Future changes to general rules do not retroactively cancel an already confirmed or accrued reward merely because the rules later changed.

All third-party platform names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Listing or displaying LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Tinder, OnlyFans, or any other platform does not mean that SGain is affiliated with, represents, is sponsored by, or is endorsed by that platform.

SGain does not control third-party platform rules or availability. You are responsible for complying with their terms, age restrictions, and other requirements.

You must not interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, checks, or protections, submit repeated applications at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use SGain for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct. We may reject or restrict processing of an application associated with such conduct.

Except for third-party platform materials, rights in the website, its original text, graphics, software, and design belong to their lawful owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights in those materials to you.

SGain may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the site or any outcome from an application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In other cases, liability is determined under applicable law and the actual circumstances.

Processing of personal data during application submission, referral attribution, and operational follow-up is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information the form does not request.

These Terms are interpreted primarily under applicable Ukrainian law. If mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights in your country cannot be limited by agreement, they continue to apply.

Before a formal dispute, you may contact info@basehands.com to try to resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to use remedies available under applicable law.

We may change these Terms for the future. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. If an application already submitted requires acceptance of a material change, we will request it separately.
